移动床活性焦低温干法烟气多污染物脱除技术在钢铁烧结烟气脱硫脱硝工艺中具有良好的适用性,但烟气净化过程中活性焦的损耗成为制约该技术推广应用的关键因素之一。以宝钢烧结烟气脱硫脱硝工艺中所产生的废活性焦为研究对象,通过考察其比表面积、孔容结构、灰分中重金属及碱金属含量、表面官能团特征及脱硫脱硝性能,探究烟气净化过程中活性焦组成、结构及表面性质的变化。结果表明,与新鲜活性焦相比,废活性焦粒度集中分布在0.2?5 mm,其表面的氮、氧、硫元素及过渡金属氧化物含量显著增加,比表面积由191.0 m2/g增加至499.0 m2/g,使废活性焦颗粒在150℃下脱硝率由20%提升到70%,120℃下穿透硫容由0.27 mg SO2/g提升至11.08 mg SO2/g,显示了良好的再利用潜力。 相似文献

In this investigation, the nature of the electrostatic discharge (ESD) that occurs when a charged object moves toward a stationary grounded object is experimentally clarified. The spark lengths, discharge currents, and induced voltages in a magnetic probe were measured when a charged metallic spherical electrode connected to a 422 pF capacitor approached a stationary grounded object, which was the current target, for different moving speeds of the charged metallic spherical electrode in a range of 1 mm/s to 100 mm/s. The charge voltages of the capacitor were +6.5 kV and +10 kV. Based on the results, the average gap length shortened with the speed of the spherical electrode. The average peak values of the discharge current and the induced voltage were likely to increase with the speed of the spherical electrode. The average rise times of the discharge current and the induced voltage were likely to drop with the speed of the spherical electrode. The relation between the spark length and the discharge current due to the ESD can be explained qualitatively by using an equation derived from the spark resistance formula proposed by Rompe and Weizel. 相似文献

A simplified dynamic mathematical model for a simulated moving‐bed adsorption process is presented. The model is adopted to simulate the separation process of p‐xylene from the other 8‐carbon aromatics by means of the Parex? technology. Operating conditions and the moving‐bed structure for a commercial plant were used and the performance of the unit was simulated. The model results are in good agreement with the findings of similar existing studies. Comparison of the results of this simplified model with those obtained by other researches indicates a considerable decrease in central processing unit (CPU) time. 相似文献

为提高随钻测量系统的姿态估计精度,克服传统算法对于非平稳信号处理的局限性,提出基于ARIMA模型的卡尔曼滤波算法。该算法采用时间序列分析方法,建立了随机漂移误差的ARIMA模型,根据实测数据的ACF和PACF,确定微机械陀螺仪模型的各个参数,利用卡尔曼滤波算法进行滤波处理。实验对模型的拟合残差均值与方差作了比较分析,通过卡尔曼滤波处理,ARIMA模型数据零偏减小了1个数量级,滤波方差相比传统AR模型减小了42%。所建立的ARIMA模型与传统时间序列方法建模相比,降低了模型预测误差,滤除MEMS陀螺仪随机漂移误差更为明显,模型对提高陀螺仪输出精度更为有效。 相似文献

A new approach of frequency shifting by rotating kernel is proposed to improve the performance of a spatial filtering velocimeter, used to provide accurate velocity information for a vehicle self-contained navigation system. A linear CMOS image sensor was employed both as a spatiotemporal differential spatial filter and as a photodetector. The filtering operation was fully performed in FPGA and is realized by applying a rotating kernel to the pixel values of the image. Theoretical analysis showed this method could double the maximum measurable velocity. The power spectrum of the output signal was obtained by fast Fourier transform (FFT), and was corrected by a frequency spectrum correction algorithm, named energy centrobaric correction. This velocimeter was used to measure the moving velocities of a conveyor belt. Experimental results verified the method’s ability of reducing the output signal frequency and standard uncertainty of velocity measurement. What is more, the undesired output introduced by frequency shifting to the power spectrum of the output signal was deeply investigated and a new method was proposed to eliminate the undesired component in output signals. Aiming at the problem that the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm does not fully consider the influence of correlation between projects on recommendation accuracy, this paper introduces project attribute fuzzy matrix, measures the project relevance through fuzzy clustering method, and classifies all project attributes. Then, the weight of the project relevance is introduced in the user similarity calculation, so that the nearest neighbor search is more accurate. In the prediction scoring section, considering the change of user interest with time, it is proposed to use the time weighting function to improve the influence of the time effect of the evaluation, so that the newer evaluation information in the system has a relatively large weight. 针对长期演进(LTE)移动通信系统下行链路传输中多用户的实时(RT)与非实时(NRT)业务传输性能需求问题,提出一种基于用户加权平均时延的改进型的最大加权延时优先(MLWDF)资源调度算法。该算法在考虑信道感知与用户服务质量(QoS)感知的基础上引入反映用户缓冲区状态的加权平均时延因子,该因子通过用户缓冲区中待传输数据与已发送数据的平均时延均衡得到,使具有较大时延和业务量的实时业务优先调度,提升了用户的性能体验。理论分析与链路仿真表明,提出算法在保证各业务时延及公平性的基础上,提升了实时业务的QoS性能,在用户数量达到50的条件下,对比MLWDF算法实时业务的丢包率降低了53.2%,其用户平均吞吐量提升了44.7%,虽牺牲了非实时业务的吞吐量,但仍优于VT-MLWDF算法。实验结果表明,所提算法在多用户多业务传输条件下提升了实时业务的传输性能,并在QoS性能上明显优于对比算法。 相似文献

Five-axis machining plays an important role in manufacturing by dint of its high efficiency and accuracy. While two rotation axes benefit the flexibility of machining, it also brings limitations and challenges. In order to further balance machining precision and efficiency, an improved feedrate scheduling method is presented considering geometric error and kinematic constraints for the Non Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) interpolation in five-axis machining. A simplification method is proposed to calculate the geometric error which describes the deviation between the ideal tool path and the real tool path induced by the non-linear movement. A linear relation between geometric error and feedrate is built to limit the feedrate. The constraints determined by single axis kinematic performance and tangential kinematic performance are also considered. Under these constraints, a constrained feedrate profile is determined. Aiming to get more constant feedrate in the difficult-to-machine areas, this work proposes a scheduling method which combines morphological filtering and S-shape acceleration/deceleration (acc/dec) mode. Simulations and experiments are performed to compare the proposed feedrate scheduling method with two previous feedrate scheduling method and the results prove that the proposed feedrate scheduling method is reliable and effective. 相似文献
